'ca' evārthe-'munayaḥ eva' kṛṣṇere bhajaya

TRANSLATION
"The word ca is also used to indicate the certainty that only saintly persons are engaged in rendering devotional service to Kṛṣṇa. In the combination ātmārāmā api, api is used in the sense of censure.
