nitya āise, prabhu tāre kare mahā-prīta
yāṅhā prīti tāṅhā āise,-bālakera rīta
SYNONYMS

nitya āise—he comes daily; prabhu—Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāre—to him; kare—does; mahā-prīta—very affectionate behavior; yāṅhā prīti—wherever there is love; t āṅhā āise—one comes there; bālakera rīta—the nature of a small boy.

TRANSLATION

The boy came every day to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, who treated him with great affection. It is the nature of ay boy to go see a ma who loves him.
